Pemungutan Suara Ulang Pilkada Serang 2024, KPU Serang: Tunggu Arahan
SERANG, KOMPAS.TV - Mahkamah Konstitusi meminta KPU Serang menyelenggarakan pemungutan suara ulang, dampak keputusan MK yang membatalkan penetapan hasil Pilkada Serang 2024.KPU Serang tengah menunggu arahan dari KPU RI.
Sesuai keputusan MK, KPU Serang punya waktu enam puluh hari untuk menggelar pemungutan suara ulang.
KPU Serang juga masih mempertimbangkan untuk merekrut anggota badan ad-hoc, seperti petugas PPK dan PPS, untuk menggelar pemungutan suara ulang.
Sebelumnya, badan ad-hoc tersebut telah diberhentikan sejak 27 Januari lalu.
Mahkamah Konstitusi telah selesai memutuskan sengketa Pilkada 2024.
Dari 310 perkara yang diajukan, 26 perkara dikabulkan MK. Di antara permohonan yang dikabulkan tersebut, 24 daerah diminta untuk menggelar pemungutan suara ulang.
Ada 23 kabupaten-kota yang harus menggelar pemungutan suara ulang, dan satu lagi pemungutan suara ulang di tingkat provinsi.
