Satyendar Jain Arrest News: सत्येंद्र जैन की गिरफ्तारी पर उठे सवाल, AAP नहीं कर पाई बचाव? | STPबड़ी खबर दिल्ली से जहां आप के सीनियर नेता और पूर्व मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन की गिरफ्तारी पर घमासान मचा है एसीबी ने दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के STP टेंडर घोटाले में सत्येन्द्र जैन समेत छह आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है सभी की आज कोर्ट में पेशी होगी..उसके पहले पहले सत्येंद्र जैन समेत सभी आरोपियों को ACB मुख्यालय लाया गया है ये दूसरा मौका है जब सत्येंद्र जैन की गिरफ्तारी हुई है इसके पहले उनकी मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस में गिरफ्तारी हुई है अब सीवर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट के टेंडर घोटाले में उनपर शिकंजा कसा है सत्येन्द्र जैन केजरीवाल सरकार में जल मंत्री थे जल बोर्ड सत्येन्द्र जैन के मंत्रालय में आता था ACB के मुताबिक उनके कार्यकाल में सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट के विस्तार और अपग्रेडेशन के लिए टेंडर जारी हुआ था एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो इस केस की जांच रही है गिरफ्तार किए गए लोगों में दिल्ली जलबोर्ड के पूर्व CEO उदित प्रकाश राय भी शामिल हैं आरोप है कि उदित प्रकाश राय और उनके परिवार को 1 करोड़ 52 लाख रुपए की रिश्वत दी गई सत्येन्द्र जैन और उदित प्रकाश के अलावा दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के पूर्व कॉन्ट्रैक्चुअल कंसल्टेंट अंकित श्रीवास्तव, कंपनियों के मालिक नागेंद्र यादव, राजा कुमार कुर्रा, पंकज वर्मा को अरेस्ट किया गया है।
A major development has emerged from Delhi, where a political storm has erupted over the arrest of senior AAP leader and former minister Satyendar Jain. The Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) has arrested six individuals, including Jain, in connection with the Delhi Jal Board's Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) tender scam; all of them are scheduled to be produced in court today. Prior to this, the accused were brought to the ACB headquarters. This marks the second time Satyendar Jain has been arrested; he was previously taken into custody in a money laundering case, and now the net has closed in on him regarding the STP tender scam.
