Тамару Іванівну, 87-річну самотню немобільну жительку Костянтинівки, евакуювали з-під обстрілів російських військ. Вона мешкала в районі Сантуринівка, що розташований найближче з усіх до Часового Яру і до Торецька – на шляху наступу російських військ. Цивільні жителі цього району практично щодня опиняються під ударами військ РФ з найрізноманітніших типів озброєнь: від керованих авіабомб до FPV-дронів. За 5 днів до евакуації російський дрон тут атакував маршрутку: водій загинув на місці, пасажир отримав поранення.Жінка розповіла кореспонденту Радіо Свобода, що не має родичів, не може ходити вже упродовж п'яти років. За нею доглядала соціальна працівниця. Евакуацію за підтримки УВКБ ООН здійснив Євген Ткачов, начальник гуманітарного центру гуманітарної місії «Проліска» у Донецькій області. З шелтеру у місті Дружківка Тамару Іванівну евакуювали спеціальним медичним транспортом гуманітарна місія «Проліска» за підтримки Гуманітарного фонду для України. Тепер переселенкою з Костянтинівки опікуватимуться у харківському пансіонаті для літніх людей. Наразі в Костянтинівці лишаються близько 9 тисяч цивільних жителів.
