Selain itu, pejabat setempat juga mengkonfirmasi adanya persyaratan jangka waktu perjanjian antara Islamabad dan Beijing.
Meski demikian belum diketahui kepastian terkait hal tersebut, namun dikatakan mencerminkan kerahasiaan tingkat tinggi seputar strategi transfer ini.
Pengiriman ini menandai ekspor pertama pesawat tempur generasi kelima buatan China ke militer asing mana pun.
Diketahui, pesawat jet J-35A dirancang sebagai platform multiperan siluman generasi kelima yang hemat biaya untuk menyaingi produk Barat seperti F-35.
J-35A juga telah berfungsi sebagai demonstran teknologi penting dan jembatan menuju pengembangan pesawat tempur siluman China yang lebih maju.
