Yakni yang disampaikan oleh seorang polisi mengaku utusan ayah almarhum Eky, Iptu Rudiana pada Selasa (11/6/2024) lalu.
Berdasarkan pengakuan Hotman, pihaknya sempat didatangi seorang anggota polisi dan memintanya menjadi kuasa hukum keluarga Eky.
Hotman mengatakan, kejadian tersebut terjadi sekiar emopat hari yang lalu.
Pihaknya mengatakan, dibalik permintaan tersebut, Iptu Rudiana meyakinkan bahwa pelakunya memang benar Pegi Setiawan alias Perong yang telah ditangkap polisi.
Ia menduga, hal itu agar kasus ini terfokus pada Pegi saja.
Hotman pun menolak dengan tegas permintaan ayah Eky untuk menjadi pengacara mereka di kasus Vina Cirebon ini.
Ia mempertanyakan, mengapa baru sekarang Ayah Eky menghubunginya.
Padahal, dikatakan oleh Hotman, dirinya sebelumnya sudah mencoba menghubungi Iptu Rudiana, namun tak digubris.
