-Pedro Mendes Martins é Mestre em Ciências Militares pela Escola de Comando e Estado-Maior do Exército (ECEME).

-Charles Pennaforte é Doutor em Relações Internacionais pela Universidad Nacional de La Plata/Argentina (Reconhecimento n 125721/USP). Pós-doutor em Integração da América Latina/USP e Professor Adjunto na Universidade Federal de Pelotas (RS)
