Instructions for a Cr*ppy Life
This is my sixteenth video.Today we are plagiarising exurb1a for funsies. This is a one time ripoff, I do not intend to make a habit of it. This video is somewhere between a faithful homage and an outright bastardization of everything the depression turtle has built. Think of it like a cover song - rarely as good as the original but also technically a new entity in its own right. Perhaps I made this video to protest the constant comparisons people draw between us. Perhaps not. Either way, this channel is already thought of as exurb1a from temu (though that was never my intention), so why not steer into the skid a little.
I know that I have not uploaded in a while, so this video may seem to be of a paticular poignance. It is not so. This video was originally meant to be released in late December, a quick and easy throwaway to help me meet my 2025 quota. Unfortunately, as mentioned previously, my SSD corrupted and that version is lost. This version has been painfully remade from scratch, and is probably slightly better than the now deceased December edition.
So there is the silver lining.
Now to the future.
There was another patially completed video that died in the SSD disaster. That script also survived, but I no loner think it adequate; so I have decided to leapfrog onto the next video (do not worry, it will be reworked at some point but I really do just make videos on whim, and I am not currently in that mood). So expect a much longer video sometime in March.
