CIREBON, KOMPAS.TV - Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan, Toni RM mendorong penyidik Polda Jawa Barat untuk membuka isi HP Vina dan Eky serta rekaman CCTV di sekitar lokasi kejadian 2016 silam."Buat penyidik sudahlah, penyidik itu seharusnya melakukan penyelidikan, melakukan penyidikan harusnya berangkat dari HPnya Vina-Eky," ungkap Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan, Toni RM pada Rabu, (27/6/2024)
"Usutlah dari situ janganlah ditutup-tutupi. Dari 2016 HP Vina-Eky tidak dibuka, CCTV tidak dibuka, kalau dibuka baru ketemu tuh pembunuh yang sebenarnya," lanjutnya.
Hal tersebut diungkapkan Toni menanggapi soal Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jawa Barat yang meminta penyidik Polda Jabar untuk melengkapi berkas Pegi.
