Louis Dassilva è uscito nella notte dal carcere di Rimini, come disposto dal Corte d'assise che lo ha assolto dall'accusa di aver ucciso la vicina di casa, Pierina Paganelli. Ad accoglierlo, la moglie Valeria Bartolucci che gli è corsa incontro per abbracciarlo. Poi Dassilva è stato accompagnato dagli avvocati Riario Fabbri e Andrea Guidi in un domicilio diverso da quello di via del Ciclamino, per evitare l'assembramento dei giornalisti.
