La FUGA más rara de la Peor cárcel del mundo - Papillon
Henri Charrière, más conocido como Papillon, fue condenado a trabajos forzados de por vida y enviado al brutal sistema penitenciario francés de la Guayana. Pero desde que llegó tenía una cosa clarísima: no pensaba quedarse allí.En este vídeo recorremos sus increíbles intentos de fuga, desde cárceles perdidas en mitad de la selva hasta años de aislamiento, persecuciones, barcos destrozados y finalmente uno de los planes más surrealistas de toda su historia: intentar escapar de la Isla del Diablo utilizando sacos llenos de cocos.
La Guayana Francesa era un auténtico infierno para los presos. Enfermedades tropicales, hambre, trabajos forzados y unas islas donde aparentemente ni siquiera hacían falta grandes murallas, porque el propio océano funcionaba como prisión.
Papillon acabaría contando todas estas aventuras en su famoso libro publicado en 1969. El problema es que, con los años, varios investigadores cuestionaron cuánto había vivido realmente él y cuánto procedía de historias de otros presos.
