你的專業為什麼賣不出去？3個方法讓市場看懂你的價值【一天聽一點260721】
很多看起來完整的事情，一開始都像「草臺班子」：規則不清楚，方法不成熟，只能先把臺子搭起來，再從問題和回饋中調整。起步有點草率不一定是壞事，重要的是，我們是否知道自己正在測試什麼。否則再忙，也不一定能形成經驗。這一集，我會分享三個讓市場看懂專業價值的方法。第一，找到「資訊窪地」，看見哪些知識在行業裡很普通，對外行人卻能解決重要的問題；第二，把零散的判斷與經驗整理成「認知資產」，成為別人看得懂、用得上，也能重複產生結果的方法；第三，替免費內容與付費服務建立適當的價值邊界，讓不同深度的知識進入合適的學習過程。
我也會從自己經營心理自媒體、有聲書評、YouTube，到實體與線上課程的經驗，談定位如何在市場回饋裡被測試。定位不是一句漂亮的自我介紹，而是市場遇到某種問題時，會不會想到你，也知道你能如何提供幫助。當原本的差異消失，我們就要重新回答：現在的市場為什麼還需要我？
理解的目的，是形成假設，再透過行動確認它能不能成立。
最後想談的是「清醒」：我們選擇做或不做，究竟是在解決問題，還是在保護想像、逃避結果？當我們不停工作、持續往前，也要記得回頭確認，自己是不是仍然走在當初想去的方向。
