Pulau Tujuh sendiri memiliki 15 gugusan pulau. Namun, cuma satu pulau yang berpenghuni yakni Pulau Pekajang Kecil. Secara geografis letak Pulau Tujuh berbatasan langsung dengan laut Kabupaten Lingga, Kepulauan Riau. Namun, pulau ini lebih dekat dengan Kecamatan Belinyu, Bangka dan Pulau Parit Tiga Jebus, Bangka Barat.

Sengketa batas wilayah antar-daerah di Indonesia ternyata terus berulang. Apa, sih, pangkal masalahnya?
