비빔국수와 함께 먹어봤어요🥩💕
고기는 역시 구워서 가장 뜨거울 때 먹어야 제맛인 것 같아요😊
불판 위에서 갓 구워진 고기를 바로 입에 넣는 순간
입안 가득 퍼지는 육즙이 정말 최고였어요!
특히 비빔국수 위에 갓 구운 한우를 올려서
같이 먹었을 때 조합이 정말 좋았어요💕
고기의 고소함과 비빔국수의 새콤달콤한 양념이
어우러지면서 계속 손이 가는 맛!
무엇보다 송이버섯을 길게 찢어서 살짝 구운 다음
고기 위에 올려서 먹어봤는데 진짜 감탄이 나오더라구요
송이버섯 특유의 깊고 은은한 향이 입안에 퍼지는데
그 향이 한우의 진한 육향과 만나니까
풍미가 몇 배는 더 진해지는 느낌이었어요
고기만 먹었을 때도 맛있었지만
송이버섯을 함께 올려 먹으니까
훨씬 고급스러운 맛으로 변하는 느낌?!
부드럽게 녹아내리는 소고기 육즙과
송이버섯의 향긋한 풍미가 만나는데
정말 환상의 궁합이라는 말이 딱 어울렸어요✨
