Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), H.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, provided his insights and evaluations in a live interview with ELTR Kyrgyzstan, ahead of the First Meeting of the Heads of Government/Vice Presidents of the OTS, scheduled for 18 September 2025 in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
