Sidang Praperadilan Nadiem Makarim: Hotman Paris Klaim Tak Ada Kerugian Negara di Audit BPKP
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Sidang praperadilan mantan Mendikbudristek Nadiem Makarim kembali digelar pada Jumat (10/10/2025) pagi di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan.Sidang beragendakan pembacaan kesimpulan dari dua kubu.
Pihak pemohon, Nadiem Makarim dan pihak termohon, jaksa dari Kejaksaan Agung, menyampaikan kesimpulan masing-masing secara ringkas.
Kedua pihak kemudian menyerahkan kesimpulan secara tertulis kepada hakim tunggal.
Sidang putusan praperadilan Nadiem Makarim dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan Chromebook Kemendikbudristek tahun 2019-2022 digelar Senin (13/10/2025) mendatang.
