Kapten Kapal KM Barcelona Ditetapkan Sebagai Tersangka dalam Tragedi Kebakaran Kapal | KOMPAS MALAM
KOMPAS.TV - Polda Sulawesi Utara menetapkan nakhoda kapal Barcelona Lima sebagai tersangka dalam insiden terbakarnya kapal Barcelona di perairan Pulau Talise pada hari Minggu.Kapten kapal KM Barcelona berinisial I-B ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam tragedi kebakaran kapal yang terjadi di perairan Talise Minggu 20 Juli 2025.
Penetapan status tersangka dilakukan setelah penyidik Direktorat Polairud Polda Sulut menemukan adanya dugaan ketidaksesuaian jumlah penumpang dengan data manifes resmi kapal.
Saat ini tersangka dikenakan ancaman hukuman 4 tahun penjara dan penyidik masih melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap anak buah kapal serta saksi.
