오늘의 ASMR 영상은 직접 만든 두바이 쫀득 쿠키! 두쫀쿠 먹방 ASMR입니다!항상 유행이 끝날 때쯤 가져오네요... 그래도 저번 두바이 초콜릿은 끝나고 한참 뒤에 왔는데, 그래도 이 정도면 막차는 타는 정도 아닌가요? 😂 그나마 빨라졌습니다.
사실 이팅 사운드 촬영한 두쫀쿠는 1차로 테스트 겸 1월에 만들어 촬영했고, 2차로 직접 만드는 영상을 촬영하며 2월에 추가로 만들었어요. 그래서 앞에 나온 두쫀쿠와 먹는 두쫀쿠는 다른 두쫀쿠랍니다. 실력이 발전했어요. 다시 만들 때는 조금 더 촉촉하고 마시멜로우 피도 살짝 더 두껍게 만들었어요. 먹방 영상에서는 좀 더 뻑뻑하고 피는 완전 얇은 버전!! 근데 둘 다 너무너무 맛있더라고요.

레시피
- 피스타치오 400g, 식용유, 화이트초콜릿 200g
- 카다이프 550g, 버터 100g
- 마시멜로우 300g, 버터 100g, 카카오파우더 50g, 탈지분유 50g
1. 피스타치오 껍질을 모두 깐 후 170도에 앞 뒤로 5분씩 굽기(오븐에 상황에 따라 구움색을 보며 조절)
2. 식혀서 갈아준다. 어느정도 갈리면 식용유 추가해서 더 갈기(올리브유를 사용했지만 향기가 나서 다른 식물성기름을 사용하라고 하던데 올리브유도 괜찮았음)
3. 점도가 어느정도 나오면 녹인 화이트초코를 넣어준다
4. 쫀득쿠키 속 완성
1. 백퍼 실패한다는 비비큐마시멜로우를 사용했지만 이렇게 하면 성공해요
2. 잘게 자르고 코팅팬에 최대한 약불로 버터를 왕창 녹여줘요
3. 잘게자른 마시멜로우를 넣고 천천히 녹이고 형태가 살짝 남게 녹았으면 불을 끕니다
4. 가루류를 넣고 골고루 섞어준 뒤 종이호일에 기름 발라 그 위에 덜어서 식혀준다
5. 적당히 잘 식혀지면 모양을 만들어주면 완성!
🤎선아의 사적인 이야기🤎
- 황치즈 두쫀쿠는 제 입맛에는 너무너무 맛있었는데, 제가 맛보여준 지인들은 다들 별로래요ㅠㅠ 왜지, 맛있는데ㅠㅠㅠ 단짠 조합이라 최고였는데
- 두쫀쿠는 진짜 만들어 먹어야 풍족하게 먹을 수 있는 것 같아요. 촬영할 때가 제일 행복했답니다! 1차 때 50개 정도 만들고, 2차 때 30개 정도 만들었는데도 너무 부족했어요. 물론 나누기도 했지만 거의 제가 먹었고, 아끼고 아꼈는데도 4일이면 다 먹더라고요!
- 2차로 만든 요리 장면 찍을 때 만든 두쫀쿠는 이번에 쇼츠도 촬영했어요! 그거랑 젤리 얼먹도 촬영했으니까 쇼츠로 곧 올리겠습니다!
