Mereka menilai kebijakan itu mematikan mata pencaharian dan merugikan sektor wisata daerah.
Larangan study tour dinilai mematikan mata pencaharian sopir bus, pemandu wisata, hingga pelaku UMKM.
Aksi demo itu digelar di depan Gedung Sate, Bandung, Jawa Barat, Senin (21/7/2025).
Koordinator Solidaritas Pekerja Pariwisata Jabar (P3JB), Herdi Sudardja, mengatakan kebijakan yang digagas KDM itu lebih buruk dampaknya dibanding masa pandemi.
Menurutnya, ribuan pekerja pariwisata kini kehilangan penghasilan akibat kebijakan tersebut.
Herdi menyebut aksi turun ke jalan ini menjadi langkah terakhir setelah upaya dialog gagal.
Sebelumnya mereka telah melayangkan surat permohonan audiensi kepada Gubernur, namun tak pernah direspons.
Sementara itu, massa mengaku kecewa lantaran pemerintah terkesan menutup mata terhadap nasib ribuan pekerja pariwisata.
Mereka berharap larangan segera dicabut agar sektor pariwisata di Jawa Barat kembali bergairah.
