Tensione durante il presidio sotto alla sede di Edisu, l’ente per il diritto allo studio universitario in via Madama Cristina a Torino. Alcuni studenti hanno cercato di entrare mentre era in corso il Consiglio di amministrazione, ma sono stati respinti dalle forze dell’ordine presenti sul posto. Sul tavolo, la questione dei posti letto assegnati fuori città (Moncalieri, Orbassano, Grugliasco, Stupinigi) a un centinaio di studenti, in gran parte extra comunitari, malgrado i loro punteggi molto alti in graduatoria. In discussione, il nuovo criterio (oltre al merito e l’Isee) che introduce l’«equilibrio Ue / Extra Ue» negli studentati per «garantire una composizione multiculturale ed eterogenea all’interno delle strutture abitative». Il rappresentante degli studenti ha potuto partecipare online, ma non di persona.In serata Edisu ha fatto sapere che «le anomalie sono risultate circoscritte a 96 casi. La maggior parte è già stato risolto nella giornata di ieri (mercoledì, ndr) attraverso nuova assegnazione». Secondo Roberta Piano, presidente di Edisu, «l’ascolto con le rappresentanze studentesche è un tratto distintivo del nostro ente, garantito in sede istituzionale come il Cda e in ogni altra sede idonea ad affrontare e risolvere problemi». Per l’anno accademico 2026/2027 Edisu ha messo a disposizione 3.167 posti letto, di cui 2.706 nell’area torinese e 461 nel resto del Piemonte, «per un totale di 423 posti in più rispetto all’anno precedente anche grazie alle misure finanziate nell’ambito del PNRR, e il doppio rispetto all'anno accademico 2021/22 in cui l'offerta era di 1.637 posti».
