Sonra perde bizim sahneye açıldı: Merkez Bankası'nın faiz kararı. Karar ne olursa olsun yorumlar hazır: sabit bıraksa "doğru yaptı", artırsa "önlemini aldı"… Hep iyi, her kararı iyi — tek kötü olan milletin hali!
Peki Merkez'in açıkladığı faiz gerçek hayatta nerede geçiyor? Hiçbir yerde! Merkez 37 diyor, kendi kamu bankası mevduata 47 veriyor. İhtiyaç kredisinde "aylık %3,63" diyorlar; üstüne KKDF'yi, BSMV'yi koy — gerçek maliyet %70! Faizler pistte kafasına göre oynuyor: biri halay çekiyor, biri tango yapıyor, DJ kabini boş ama herkes oynuyor.
Bu yıl için %16 enflasyon tahmin etmişlerdi. O hedef öldü, defnedildi, kırkı bile çıktı. Hâlâ aynı terane: "Enflasyonun ana eğilimi yakından takip edilmektedir." Takip etme artık, bir şey YAP! Takip etmek milletin işi, senin işin yönetmek. Asıl mesele de şu: Merkez Bankası'nın tek korkusu var — "faiz vermezsek millet koşa koşa dolara gider." Tüm bu tiyatro o korkuyu gizlemek için. "TL mi dolar mı" sorusunun cevabı da o korkuda saklı, videoda anlattım.
