43. Bölüm Özeti:
Ferman, Nazlı ve Ali prestijli bir ödül için yurtdışında bir konferansa gitmektedir. Ama Ezo herkese sürpriz yapıp aynı uçağa binince daha en başından ortalık karışır. Diğer tarafta mahkemeye çağırılan Tanju, cerrahi bölümü Demir ve Doruk’a emanet etmek zorundadır. Acile kritik durumda bir hasta getirilince Demir ve Doruk’un Tanju’dan habersiz harekete geçmekten başka şansı kalmaz. Aynı sırada uçaktaki yolcular gizemli bir hastalığa yakalanmaya başlar. Zaman hem Demir’le Doruk hem de uçaktaki yolcular için süratle daralırken herkes limitinin sonuna kadar test edilir. Ve sonunda ölümle burun buruna gelenler kendilerini bile şaşırtacak itiraflarda bulunacaktır.
Ali, taşra bir şehirde büyümüş yoksul bir ailenin oğludur. Sahip olduğu otizm ve savant sendromundan dolayı çevresi tarafından sürekli dışlanmış, ötekileştirilmiştir. Savant sendromu nedeniyle tıp konusundaki yetenekleri muaazzam olan Ali'yi keşfeden Doktor Adil, Ali'ye göz kulak olur. Tıp fakültesini kazanan ve birincilikle bitiren Ali, Doktor Adil'in başhekim olduğu hastanede asistan cerrah olarak işe başlar. Hastane yönetimindeki birkaç kişi Ali'nin hastalığı nedeniyle bu işe uygun olmadığını söylese de Doktor Adil, Ali'nin arkasında durarak onu işe aldırır. Ali, hastanede geçirdiği süre içinde etrafındaki herkesi değiştirecektir.
