Corea del Norte no combatía en una guerra desde 1953, y en dos años ha mandado a Rusia más de 16.000 soldados, más de 15 millones de proyectiles y decenas de misiles. A cambio, Moscú le está dando a Kim Jong Un cuatro capacidades que le faltaban: misiles KN-23 que han pasado de fallar por kilómetros a caer a unos cien metros del blanco, inhibidores de guerra electrónica, la tecnología del dron Shahed con miles de obreros norcoreanos aprendiendo a montarlos en Rusia, y ayuda con submarinos y drones a reacción.
Corea del Sur se negó a mandar armas letales a Ucrania para no provocar a Rusia, y aun así la factura le está llegando. Seúl dispara su gasto en defensa, pero va con retraso en la guerra de drones de bajo coste, mientras Pyongyang rechaza una y otra vez la paz que le ofrece el presidente Lee Jae-myung. ¿Se equivocó Seúl al no ayudar a Ucrania? ¿Podrá contrarrestar a tiempo las nuevas capacidades del Norte?
