TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Kasus kematian anak artis Tamara Tyasmara dan musisi Angger Dimas, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo atau yang dikenal sebagai Dante, tengah bergulir di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Timur.

Kasus ini bermula dari laporan kepolisian yang dibuat oleh Angger Dimas.
Ayah dari Angger Dimas, Agus Rianto mengungkapkan bahwa anaknya sempat menerima intimidasi atau ancaman.

Ancaman tersebut diduga datang dari keluarga Yudha Arfandi, yang saat ini menjadi terdakwa dalam kasus kematian Dante.

Ancaman tersebut dikirimkan melalui pesan langsung di Instagram. Agus menyampaikan bahwa anaknya sempat bercerita tentang intimidasi tersebut. Ia pun kemudian menyarankan anaknya untuk tetap tenang dan fokus pada kasus kematian Dante.

Hingga kini, pihaknya memilih untuk tidak menggubris ancaman tersebut dan hanya ingin fokus pada persidangan.

Namun, Agus juga menegaskan, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa mereka akan membawa persoalan intimidasi tersebut ke ranah hukum.

Ia menjelaskan bahwa dengan adanya undang-undang ITE, ancaman tersebut dapat dibuktikan dan mereka dapat menuntut balik. Meski begitu, hal tersebut belum dibahas lebih lanjut.

Sebagai informasi, Yudha Arfandi didakwa dengan Pasal 340 KUHP tentang pembunuhan berencana, serta dakwaan sekunder yang mencakup Pasal 338 KUHP tentang pembunuhan dan kekerasan terhadap anak.
