1 cawan pulut hitam
1/3 kotak kecil santan
Sedikit air untuk kuah
1 helai daun pandan
1 senduk gula putih
1 ketul gula melaka
1 sudu kecil garam
✨ Bahan Kuah Santan:
1 kotak kecil santan (200ml)
1 cawan air
1 helai daun pandan
1 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu besar tepung beras
Sedikit air
1 sudu besar gula pasir
📌 Tip:
Rendam pulut sekurang-kurangnya 3–4 jam, atau semalaman untuk hasil lebih lembut.
Gula melaka beri rasa dan warna cantik, gula putih seimbangkan rasa manis.
Jangan masak terlalu kering, kerana bubur akan jadi lebih pekat bila sejuk.

1 small box coconut milk (200ml)
1 cup water
1 pandan leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon rice flour
A little water
1 tablespoon white sugar
📌 Tips:
Soak the rice for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight for a softer texture.
Palm sugar adds flavour and colour, white sugar balances the sweetness.
Don’t overcook until dry, as the porridge will thicken more as it cools.
