Gran proyecto hidráulico listo para entrar en funcionamiento en el sur de China

El canal de Ping-lu, en la región autónoma zhuang de Guangxi, en el sur de China, entrará en funcionamiento el 16 de septiembre. Todos los tramos de la vía han superado las pruebas de navegación. Construido con los más altos estándares de navegación interior de China, el canal podrá recibir embarcaciones de hasta 5 mil toneladas de peso muerto. El paso se extiende a lo largo de 134 kilómetros desde Hengzhou, en Nanning, hasta el golfo de Beibu, en el sur, a través del distrito de Lingshan. La ruta reducirá las distancias de transporte fluvial desde el suroeste de China en más de 560 kilómetros, ofreciendo un recorrido más corto y eficiente desde esta parte del país hasta el mar y los principales puertos del sudeste asiático.
