چرا برای بعضیها کمک، توجه و گذشتِ تو تبدیل به حق مسلم اونا میشه؟
از نگاه روانشناسی، تشکر نکردن همیشه فقط بیادبی ساده نیست. بعضی وقتها پشت اون احساس استحقاق، خودمحوری، ضعف همدلی، تربیت عاطفی خشک، ناتوانی در صمیمیت، یا حتی ترس از بدهکار شدن وجود داره.
اما نکته مهم اینجاست:
همهی آدمهایی که تشکر نمیکنن، الزاماً بد نیستن. بعضیها بلد نیستن قدردانی رو با کلمه نشان بدن، اما تو رفتارشون جبران میکنن. مشکل اصلی زمانی شروع میشه که یک نفر نه تشکر میکنه، نه جبران میکنه، نه زحمت تو رو میبینه؛ و تازه وقتی کمتر بهش انرژی میدی، طلبکار هم میشه.
