Kali ini giliran Koalisi Masyarakat Peduli Keterwakilan Perempuan (KMPKP) selaku pemohon mendalilkan Ketua dan Anggota KPU RI terbukti mengabaikan sejumlah putusan pengadilan berkaitan dengan aturan 30 persen caleg perempuan pada Pileg 2024.
Salah satu dampaknya menyebabkan sengketa di daerah pemilihan (dapil) 6 Pileg DPRD Gorontalo sebagaimana gugatan PKS yang dikabulkan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) dalam putusan perselisihan hasil pemilihan umum (PHPU).
Perwakilan koalisi dari NETGRIT, Hadar Nafis Gumay menegaskan pihaknya meminta DKPP menyatakan KPU melanggar etik dan dijatuhkan hukuman maksimal.
