Over the past decade, he has built and mentored high-performing engineering teams while driving innovation across products and platforms.
Beyond his technical role, Vinod is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation. He has participated in, mentored, judged, and organized numerous hackathons, transforming them from coding competitions into platforms that inspire collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
