El gasoducto, de alrededor de 480 kilómetros de largo, transportará diariamente más de 56 millones de metros cúbicos de gas extraído mediante fracturación hidráulica a través de los estados de Virginia y Virginia Occidental, a pesar de la firme oposición de las comunidades locales y organizaciones ambientalistas.
