Penahanan dilakukan di rumah tahanan Polda Jateng, Kota Semarang, untuk menunggu sidang kode etik polri.
Kabar ini dikonfirmasi oleh Kepala Bidang Humas Polda Jateng, Kombes Pol Artanto, Senin (22/9).
Menurutnya, kasus ini diambil alih oleh Bidang Profesi dan Pengamanan(Bidpropam) untuk memudahkan proses pemeriksaan.
Adapun sidang kode etik akan digelar secepatnya guna menentukan sanksi terhadap AKP Nundarto.
Penangkapan bermula saat warga menggerebek rumah perempuan berinisial Y, seorang guru PAUD, pada Jumat (19/9/2025) dini hari.
Warga sebelumnya mencurigai kebiasaan AKP Nundarto yang kerap bermalam di rumah Y.
Propam Polres Kendal telah menjemput AKP Nundarto dari Kantor Kepala Desa tempat dirinya diamankan warga.
Kapolres Kendal AKBP Hendry Susanto Sianipar memastikan bahwa AKP Nundarto telah dinonaktifkan dari jabatannya sebagai Kapolsek.
Sementara itu, Polda Jateng juga mendalami kemungkinan adanya unsur pidana dalam kasus tersebut.
Bahkan proses hukum dipastikan berjalan meski sanksi etik menjadi prioritas awal penanganan.
