¿Estuvieron los soviéticos cerca de pisar la Luna? En este vídeo analizamos el programa lunar soviético, el cohete N1, la nave LOK, el módulo lunar LK y la rivalidad con el programa Apollo de la NASA.

La Unión Soviética empezó ganando la carrera espacial con el Sputnik y Yuri Gagarin, pero cuando llegó el desafío de Kennedy de llevar un hombre a la Luna, Estados Unidos organizó el proyecto Apollo y construyó el Saturn V.

Los soviéticos también tenían un plan lunar real. Tenían cosmonautas, tenían una nave, tenían un módulo de alunizaje y llegaron incluso a enviar seres vivos alrededor de la Luna con Zond 5. Pero el gran problema fue el cohete N1: cuatro lanzamientos, cuatro fracasos.

En este vídeo veremos por qué el Saturn V llevó astronautas a la Luna y por qué el N1 nunca llegó ni siquiera a la órbita terrestre.

Los soviéticos no estuvieron a un paso de pisar la Luna. Estuvieron a un cohete de distancia. Y ese cohete se llamaba N1.
