Penolakan tersebut dianggap sebagai tindakan diskriminasi agama.
Kejaksaan Perpignan menyebut peristiwa itu terjadi di Tyrovol Adventure Park, Porté-Puymorens, Pyrenees, Kamis (21/8/2025).
Taman ini dikenal sebagai jalur zipline terbesar di kawasan pegunungan tersebut.
Kelompok anak berusia 8 hingga 16 tahun itu sedang berlibur di Spanyol sebelum memesan kunjungan ke taman.
Sang manajer sempat menyebut alasan penolakan karena "keyakinan pribadi" namun belakangan memberi keterangan berbeda.
Sehari sebelumnya, akun resmi taman mengumumkan penutupan sementara karena badai dan pemeriksaan fasilitas.
Meski ditolak, rombongan anak itu tetap bisa mengunjungi taman lain di wilayah Prancis.
Komunitas Yahudi di Prancis bereaksi keras atas peristiwa ini.
Sementara itu, manajer taman membantah tuduhan diskriminasi.
Kasus ini masih dalam penyelidikan pihak berwenang.
