ในระยะนี้ ภาคเหนือ-ภาคอีสาน ฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่ ติดตามใน "ฝนฟ้าอากาศ" กับคุณบี กมลาสน์อย่างที่จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน หลังมีฝนตกหนักต่อเนื่องบริเวณต้นน้ำแม่สะงาและแม่สะงี ทำให้น้ำป่าไหลหลากเข้าท่วมพื้นที่การเกษตร และพัดพาซากไม้-วัชพืช ไปติดใต้สะพานซูตองเป้ ตำบลปางหมู อำเภอเมือง ซึ่งเป็นสะพานไม้เชื่อมระหว่างวัดภูสมณารามและหมู่บ้านกุงไม้สัก แรงดันน้ำกัดเซาะตอม่อ จนคอสะพานขาดเป็นระยะทางราว 12 เมตร เบื้องต้นทางวัดสั่งห้ามประชาชนเข้าใกล้สะพาน จนกว่าจะซ่อมแซมแล้วเสร็จ

ภาคเหนือ ฝนฟ้า 70% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักได้ที่ แม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย ลำปาง พะเยา น่าน อุตรดิตถ์ ตาก พิษณุโลก และเพชรบูรณ์
ภาคอีสาน ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักแถว ๆ หนองคาย บึงกาฬ อุดรธานี สกลนคร นครพนม มุกดาหาร ยโสธร อำนาจเจริญ นครราชสีมา บุรีรัมย์ สุรินทร์ และอุบลราชธานี
ภาคกลาง ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักได้แถว ๆ อุทัยธานี ลพบุรี สระบุรี กาญจนบุรี และราชบุรี
ภาคตะวันออก ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักได้ที่ นครนายก ปราจีนบุรี ฉะเชิงเทรา จันทบุรี และตราด บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ภาคใต้ ฝนตก 40 % ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักแถว ๆ เพชรบุรี ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ชุมพร สงขลา ปัตตานี ยะลา นราธิวาส ระนอง กระบี่ ตรัง และสตูล ทะเลบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง
