Syahrul Yasin Limpo Divonis 10 Tahun Penjara di Kementan, Lebih Rendah dari Tuntutan JPU
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Mantan Menteri Pertanian, Syahrul Yasin Limpo divonis 10 tahun penjara atas kasus korupsi di Kementerian Pertanian.Selain pidana penjara Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) PN Jakarta Pusat juga memerintahkan denda Rp300 juta yang apabila tidak dibayarkan maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama empat bulan dan uang pengganti Rp14 miliar ditambah 30 ribu dolar Amerika.
Vonis itu lebih rendah dari tuntutan Jaksa Penuntut Umum yakni 12 tahun penjara.
