¿Cómo surgió el movimiento obrero en Argentina? ¿Qué tenían en común un panadero italiano en Buenos Aires y un obrero inglés de 1840? En este primer capítulo recorremos los orígenes de la Federación Obrera Regional Argentina (FORA), la organización madre del movimiento sindical en el Cono Sur, fundada el 25 de mayo de 1901. Desde las primeras Trade Unions en Europa hasta la llegada masiva de inmigrantes a Argentina, pasando por las grandes disputas entre marxistas y anarquistas en la Primera Internacional, este video cuenta cómo se gestó una de las experiencias sindicales más originales y radicales del mundo.Esta es una colaboración entre Café Kyoto y la Federación Obrera Regional Argentina.
