Dokter di Muna Sultra Mogok Kerja Karena Minta Insentifnya Tak Berkurang Tahun, Pasien Telantar
SULTRA, KOMPAS.TV - Belasan dokter di RSUD LM Baharuddin, Kabupaten Muna, Sulawesi Tenggara, mogok kerja. Akibatnya, ratusan pasien menjadi telantar karena tidak dilayani.Aksi mogok kerja dilakukan dokter di RSUD LM Baharuddin, Kabupaten Muna, Sulawesi Tenggara karena gaji insentifnya belum dibayar sejak Oktober 2024 hingga April 2025.
Selain itu, para dokter juga meminta agar tidak ada pemotongan gaji insentif sebesar 30 persen.
Akibat aksi mogok kerja yang dilakukan belasan dokter, membuat pasien yang datang berobat di RSUD LM Baharuddin menjadi telantar.
Pasien mengaku kecewa dengan tindakan belasan dokter yang mogok kerja, tidak melayani pasien yang datang berobat.
Menurut manajemen RSUD LM Baharuddin, besarnya insentif yang diterima dokter tahun ini menurun dari tahun lalu karena kemampuan daerah berkurang.
Dokter yang mogok kerja juga meminta transparansi laporan keuangan dari manajemen rumah sakit.
