Il capogruppo alla Camera di Fdi, Galeazzo Bignami, ha accennato a un sondaggio che darebbe il sindaco di Bologna, Matteo Lepore, sotto al 50% dei consensi in vista delle prossime amministrative. E Lepore, interpellato sul tema, replica così: «Mi sembra che il Governo nazionale sia un po' sotto un treno, invece. Un treno che non non sta portando l'Italia da nessuna parte». Da Fi, invece, la consigliera regionale Valentina Castaldini ha sottolineato che non dovrà esserci il tram al centro della campagna elettorale. «Infatti io non farò campagna elettorale sul tram», afferma a sua volta Lepore, a margine di un'iniziativa: «Semplicemente porto avanti gli impegni del nostro programma. Credo che sarebbe sbagliato strumentalizzare quello che si fa, ma sia giusto portare a termine l'opera e consegnarla ai cittadini». Interpellato sulle contestazioni antifasciste andate in scena nei confronti di un gruppo di «influencer del degrado» guidati da Ambrose Omo Irogho, noto sui social come Jolly Time, il sindaco commenta: «La tensione non è dovuta agli abitanti della Bolognina e nemmeno agli spacciatori e ai cattivi frequentatori. Purtroppo abbiamo visto uno spettacolo indecente, che vediamo nella nostra città ripetersi da troppo tempo, di influencer di estrema destra che provano ad aizzare la tensione e lo scontro.
