Supreme Court On Anti Corruption Act: एंटी करप्शन एक्ट पर SC के दो जज बंट गए! Breaking Newsएंटी करप्शन एक्ट को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में बड़ा टकराव सामने आया है.. एक केस की सुनवाई के दौरान दो-जजों की पीठ ने इस प्रावधान की वैधता पर अलग-अलग फैसला सुनाया ... एक जज ने इसे असंवैधानिक बताते हुए रद्द करने की बात कही, जबकि दूसरे जज ने इसे सीमित दायरे में वैध मानते हुए ‘रीड-डाउन’ किया... सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सीनियर जज बीवी नागरत्ना ने कहा की एंटी करप्शन एक्ट 17ए असंवैधानिक है..इसे रद्द किया जाना चाहिए.. तो वहीं दूसरे न्यायधीश केवी विश्वनाथन ने कहा की ये धारा संवैधानिक और इमानदार अधिकारियों की सुरक्षा के लिए जरूरी है... अब मामला मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस सूर्यकांत के पास भेज दिया गया है.. जो इस मामले की सुनवाई के लिए बड़ी पीठ का गठन करेंगे...
A major conflict has emerged in the Supreme Court regarding the Anti-Corruption Act. During the hearing of a case, a two-judge bench delivered conflicting judgments on the validity of this provision. One judge declared it unconstitutional and called for its repeal, while the other judge upheld its validity within a limited scope, interpreting it narrowly. Supreme Court Senior Judge BV Nagarathna stated that Section 17A of the Anti-Corruption Act is unconstitutional and should be struck down. However, the other judge, KV Viswanathan, said that this section is constitutional and necessary to protect honest officers. The matter has now been referred to Chief Justice Surya Kant, who will constitute a larger bench to hear the case.
