Primary Mission: Same as Voyager 1, but followed a different path.
Unique Achievement:
The only spacecraft to have visited all four outer planets: Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
Entered interstellar space on November 5, 2018.

Both spacecraft carry a Golden Record — a 12-inch gold-plated disc with sounds and images from Earth, including greetings in 55 languages, music, and natural sounds — intended as a message to any intelligent extraterrestrial life.
These spacecraft continue to send back data and are now exploring the interstellar medium, helping scientists understand what lies beyond our solar system.
