He told viewers the Cubans are "just chilling" about the blackouts. He made a small Cuban boy dance for hotel cookies. He wore $5,000 worth of designer clothes — roughly 25 years of average Cuban salary — while broadcasting about poverty. He announced he wouldn't use Starlink because Elon Musk is bad. He was using Starlink.
