살이 꽉찬 랍스터 먹방🦞with 요거트소스 LOBSTER MUKBANG ASMR
안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 1kg짜리 랍스타 3마리를 준비해봤어요!
첫 입은 아무 소스 없이 그대로 먹어봤는데요
입에 넣자마자 느껴지는 건 탱글하면서도 쫀득한 식감!
살이 단단한데 질기지 않고, 씹을수록 고소함과
은은한 단맛이 같이 올라와서 정말 인상적이었어요
특히 집게살은 진짜 별미였는데요
살이 꽉 차 있어서 한입 가득 차는 그 느낌이 너무 좋았고
씹을 때마다 육즙처럼 올라오는 고소함이 진짜 엄지척!🤤
그리고 오늘 같이 먹은 요거트 소스가 진짜 신의 한 수였는데요!
고소한 랍스타에 요거트 특유의 상큼함이 더해지니까
느끼함은 잡아주고 맛은 더 깔끔하게 올라오더라구요
특히 살짝 짭짤한 랍스타를 요거트 소스에 찍어 먹으니까
간이 중화되면서 훨씬 밸런스가 좋아지는 느낌!
다만 아쉬운 점도 있었는데요
먹다 보니까 점점 짠맛이 조금씩 느껴지기 시작하더라구요
처음에는 괜찮았는데
계속 먹다 보니까 간이 살짝 센 느낌이 있어서
결국 한 마리는 다 못 먹고 남기게 됐어요😭
먹고 나서 리뷰를 찾아보니까
랍스타는 조리 전에 2~3시간 정도 물에 담궈두면
속에 있는 짠기가 빠져서 훨씬 담백하게 먹을 수 있다고 하더라구요!
이 부분을 미리 알았으면 훨씬 더 맛있게 즐길 수 있었을 것 같아서
조금 아쉬움이 남는 포인트였어요
남은 한마리는 조만간 다른 요리로 만들어 볼게요!
