까르보불닭은 그냥 먹기엔 너무 매워서
그 매운맛을 부드럽게 잡아주는 까르보 스타일로 만들어봤어요!
마늘+베이컨+버터+생크림+노른자 요렇게 넣고
불닭소스랑 잘 섞은 뒤 면과 면수 반컵 정도 넣고
어느 정도 꾸덕하게 졸여주면 끝!
처음 한입 먹자마자 불닭 특유의 화끈한 매운맛이 먼저 올라오는데
바로 이어서 생크림의 부드러움이 그 매운맛을 싹 감싸주더라구요
그냥 불닭볶음면만 먹을 때처럼 혀가 얼얼하지 않고
매운데 부드럽고 또 고소한… 아주 매력적인 맛!
마늘의 은은한 향이 코끝을 톡 건드리고
베이컨은 짭짤하면서 불맛이 살짝 올라와서 풍미가 엄청 깊어요!
버터는 전체적인 맛을 묵직하게 잡아주면서 혀끝에 고소함이 남고
노른자까지 들어가서 소스가 한층 더 꾸덕꾸덕🧡
그리고 오늘의 메인 짝꿍은 바로 뿌링클 치킨🍗
한입 먹을 때마다 치즈 향이 퍼지면서
달콤짭조름한 시즈닝이 혀끝을 감싸는데
그 위에 까르보불닭의 꾸덕한 크림이 더해지니까
완전히 단짠맵고소의 끝판왕이었어요🔥💛
