Today's big news is that the Tiranga March, called by the Cockroach Janata Party, has flopped miserably. Whether it was Connaught Place in Delhi or Azad Maidan in Mumbai, only a handful of people were seen. Most of those seen marching in Delhi were either members of the student wing of left-wing parties or workers of the Aam Aadmi Party. The police were also on alert today, with elaborate arrangements in place.
CJP leader Abhijeet Dipke was preventively arrested by police before the Tiranga March began. Some protesters, including Neha Bora of AISA, wanted to proceed to Central Park but were detained by police. The other big news today is that Defense Minister Rajnath Singh issued a stern warning to those calling for regime change and those contemplating a coup.
