BLOCK HOUSE-ERBIN: Prozess um Kindesentführung? Neue Strategie! Christina Block zeigt sich locker

Im Prozess gegen die Hamburger Unternehmerin Christina Block hat der vierte Verhandlungstag begonnen. Zum Auftakt begann die Vorsitzende Richterin Isabel Hildebrandt mit der Befragung der 52-jährigen Angeklagten, die beschuldigt wird, die Entführung ihrer beiden jüngsten Kinder aus Dänemark in Auftrag gegeben zu haben.

Block hatte am 25. Juli, dem dritten Verhandlungstag, die Vorwürfe der Anklage zurückgewiesen. Die Tochter des Gründers der Steakhaus-Kette «Block House», Eugen Block, soll laut Staatsanwaltschaft die Entführung ihrer zwei jüngsten Kinder aus Dänemark in Auftrag gegeben haben. In einer mehrstündigen Erklärung vor Gericht hatte sie das bestritten. Sie habe von der Aktion auch nicht gewusst.

Anfang August hatte sie sich von dem renommierten Hamburger Strafverteidiger Otmar Kury getrennt. Als neuen Pflichtverteidiger bestätigte das Gericht Ingo Bott.
