Respons Kompolnas soal Dugaan Kejanggalan di Kasus Vina Cirebon

BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Kompolnas melakukan supervisi penanganan kasus Vina Cirebon terkait adanya dugaan kejanggalan dalam penanganan perkara tersebut.

Salah satunya, kejanggalan terhadap pemeriksaan ayah Eky, Iptu Rudiana yang diperiksa oleh Propam Mabes Polri di Polresta Cirebon.

Ketua Harian Kompolnas, Benny Mamoto menyebut pihaknya sudah mendengar langsung penjelasan Ditreskrimum Polda Jawa Barat dan tinggal menunggu hasilnya di persidangan.

"Kami lihat prosedurnya seusai atau tidak, kemudian teknis pembuktiannya sejauh mana dan sebagainya. Jadi itu semua kami sudah terima dan ikut akan digelar di pengadilan," ujar Benny ditemui usai menyambangi Polda Jawa Barat, Bandung, Kamis (20/6/2024).

Lebih lanjut, Benny memastikan Kompolnas akan mengawal kasus Vina Cirebon hingga pengadilan.
