Bu serinin ilk bölümünde Onur Ziya Demir ve misafiri Kerem Özçakıl ile birlikte İstanbul’da et kalitesiyle öne çıkan 3 farklı lezzet durağını keşfediyoruz.
İlk durağımızda Beykoz’daki Muşmuloğlu My Garden’da; köfte, sucuk, külbastı, kuzu lokum, pirzola ve lahmacun gibi birçok lezzetin yer aldığı zengin bir sofrayla güne başlıyoruz.
İkinci durağımızda Bağdat Caddesi’nde Uluç Şef’in yeni mekanı Nazende Cadde’ye uğruyoruz. Burada %50 dana ve %50 kuzu etiyle hazırlanan döner, oğlak köfte, özel domates soslu ıslak döner burger ve bayram bölümüne yakışan iki özel tatlı deniyoruz.
Finalde ise 4. Levent’in nitelikli et duraklarından Yazılı’da; lokum burger, Yazılı burger, isli dana kaburga asado burger, ızgara istiridye mantarı, avokadolu tulum peynirli salata ve rende kabak tatlısıyla günü harika bir şekilde noktalıyoruz.
