Drawing on educational philosophy and real-world challenges, Yusuf explains how comprehensive education can help build communities rooted in integrity, fairness, service, and positive social change. Dr. Yusuf Abdu Yusuf, Ph.D., FIPMD, FCAI, is a lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at Sa'adu Zungur University. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Maiduguri, a Master's degree in Political Science from Bayero University Kano, and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia. His expertise includes Parliamentary and Legislative Studies, Federalism, and Islamic Political and Administrative Thought. He has published over 45 scholarly articles and teaches public administration, governance, organizational theory, and research methods. He is the Founder and CEO of Darazo Pen of Wisdom for Young Creative Minds, promoting youth talent development. Dr. Yusuf has served as Head of the Department of Public Administration and currently serves as Deputy Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences. He is recognized for his scholarship, leadership, mentorship, community service, and commitment to youth development.
