Heute lade ich dich ein, diese Erfahrung mit dir selbst zu machen.In dieser geführten Imagination legst du dich in deine eigenen Hände. Du spürst, wie sie dich auffangen – an den Stellen, die müde sind, an den Stellen, die sich klein fühlen. Du wirst getragen, ohne etwas tun zu müssen. Du darfst sein, wie du bist.
Diese Übung ist ein Akt der tiefen Selbstfürsorge. Sie erinnert dich daran, dass du nicht immer kämpfen, nicht immer tragen, nicht immer funktionieren musst. Du darfst dich fallen lassen – in deine eigenen Hände, in deine eigene Güte.
Eine Imagination für alle, die sich nach Sanftheit sehnen. Nach einem inneren Halt, der von innen kommt.
