TP.HCM có hơn 60.000 chung cư, nhà trọ... nguy cơ cháy nổ cao - PLO
Công an TP.HCM phát hiện 60.493 cơ sở có nguy cơ cháy nổ cao là nhà chung cư, nhà trọ, ngăn phòng cho thuê, nhà ở nhiều căn hộ, nhà ở kết hợp sản xuất, kinh doanh. Chiều 31-5, tại họp báo về tình hình kinh tế - xã hội trên địa bàn TP.HCM, Đại tá Huỳnh Ngọc Quan, Phó Trưởng phòng PCCC&CNCH, Công an TP.HCM, cho biết trong năm tháng đầu năm 2024, TP xảy ra 234 vụ cháy, làm chết 10 người, bị thương bốn người, thiệt hại về tài sản ước tính khoảng 5 tỉ đồng. Cũng qua rà soát, Công an TP.HCM phát hiện 60.493 cơ sở có nguy cơ cháy nổ cao là nhà chung cư, nhà trọ, ngăn phòng cho thuê, nhà ở nhiều căn hộ, nhà ở kết hợp sản xuất, kinh doanh. Trong đó, có 1.345 cơ sở thuộc loại hình nhà chung cư, 32 nhà ở nhiều căn hộ, 55.446 nhà trọ, nhà ngăn phòng cho thuê và 3.670 nhà ở kết hợp sản xuất, kinh doanh có nguy cơ cháy nổ cao. Lực lượng chức năng đã kiểm tra 59.828 lượt/60.493 cơ sở, phát hiện 665 cơ sở giải thể, dừng hoạt động.#chayno #60nghinchungcungguycochayno #chay #nguycochaynocao #chaynhatro #chaychungcu
