Eu não tenho dúvida de que o carro elétrico é o futuro do automóvel no mundo, mas a médio ou longo prazo, dependendo das características e necessidades de cada país ou região.E o carro a combustão ou híbrido ainda será a preferência de muitos mercados pelo mundo afora. E por isso, a transição para o elétrico está prejudicando o sono e o caixa dos grandes executivos da indústria.
A Porsche, por exemplo, acaba de dar uma marcha ré em seus elétricos. E diante de um curioso dilema, porque Porsche é sinônimo de desempenho e quem quer mesmo um esportivo quer o câmbio manual.
Mas aí tem um complicador, não tem câmbio manual para motor elétrico e a solução foi uma inclinada de 180 graus no planejamento da empresa, que vai manter os híbridos ainda por um bom tempo.
